Bezel setting pendants are a great alternative when setting stones! These pre-made settings can save you time as opposed to fabricating your own. To use: place your 10x17mm stone over the setting and push it down to secure it in the setting. Using a bezel roller, rock it gently from side-to-side around each of the sides in the center. Next, gently rock it side-to-side around each corner. Tighten it down by running a burnisher around the piece. Protect your stone during the setting process, by covering it with a couple of layers of painter’s tape. This will protect your stone from scratches caused by the tool during the setting process.
